Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Meetual is an online therapy platform that provides individuals with audio, chat and online video sessions with certified psychologists and psychotherapists.
Therapists are remunerated under an agreement with Meetual. Their fees are established on the basis of appointments made.
In the case of the purchase of a Pay as you go consultation, once the appointment is fixed and paid, no refund will be possible outside the circumstances of force majeure (medical reasons, bereavement, court order, technical problem validated by our team, etc.).
As for the Banks of hours, they can be refunded in proportion to the number of hours of consultations remaining, at the request of the customer. Note that there is no refund of the monetary value of the free blocks offered by Meetual. Please contact us via the Contact page to request a refund.
We believe that our refund policy at Meetual focuses on your change process while respecting the professional you have retained.
It is possible to postpone an appointment without charge. To do so, go to the “My appointments” tab in your Meetual account and click on the “Postpone” button.
If you have to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, an authorization from your therapist is required.
